Also understand that we’re not giving a blanket endorsement for every website, link, or opinion that is referenced on this blog! For example, you may go to the Men’s Health website, which has “tons of useful stuff,” as the tagline goes. But along with all that useful stuff, you may also find pictures of half-naked women! Or articles focused solely on “getting her in bed.” Thus our “disclaimer” — we’re not approving of everything you see! But the majority of info you’ll find is extremely helpful in living a more healthy lifestyle.
By the way, also realize that some of the things you read are directed towards men or women specifically. (This means you may have to excuse the occasionally crude tone!) However, much of the information is beneficial to both genders, so don’t just dismiss it. Much of what we’ve learned has been passed on from Andrew to Annette, but came out of Men’s Health.
